Responsibilities
interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements
experience with monthly performance management, financial planning and reporting, and performance measurement baseline concepts
perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
conduct cost analysis to develop BACs, EACs, generate financial inputs, and support monthly cost and schedule reviews
set up cost control systems (e.g. SAP and COBRA) and incorporate changes into the cost management system to maintain cost and schedule baselines
support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management
Requirements
Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years' proven experience in program control, cost planning, finance and/or similar industry related fields
Experience with MS Office including Excel (with Macros, Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Experience supporting a robust business rhythm with control requirements and deliverables
Experience with financial forecasting of Awards / Sales / Margin / Cash
Experience with Earned Value Management and utilizing EVMS for effective program execution
Master’s degree with 6 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree with 8 years' proven experience in program control, cost planning, finance and/or similar industry related fields
Experience leading or training teams or peers
Experience supporting a DoD Program with EVSM requirements
Understanding of and experience with providing support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret within a reasonable period of time.
