About the role

  • Senior Account Executive supporting PR communications for a global retail powerhouse. Driving best-in-class monitoring and reporting efforts across various media landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective implementation of client PR programs
  • Lead comprehensive coverage monitoring and reporting efforts for client campaigns
  • Handle communications with internal teams, client teams, and other external partners
  • Oversee the tracking of media coverage and the calculation of metrics/results against campaign goals
  • Manage people and projects to deliver high-quality results on-time
  • Anticipate issues
  • Delegate and assign work among junior team members; effectively review and edit deliverables from junior team members
  • Make recommendations for ways to meet client needs
  • Serve as a representative of the client and agency on-site at client events
  • Provide thorough analysis to clients of program/campaign results, backed by metrics

Requirements

  • B.A. in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or the like
  • Three (3) to four (4) years’ experience in a public relations agency or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
