Responsibilities
Drive effective implementation of client PR programs
Lead comprehensive coverage monitoring and reporting efforts for client campaigns
Handle communications with internal teams, client teams, and other external partners
Oversee the tracking of media coverage and the calculation of metrics/results against campaign goals
Manage people and projects to deliver high-quality results on-time
Anticipate issues
Delegate and assign work among junior team members; effectively review and edit deliverables from junior team members
Make recommendations for ways to meet client needs
Serve as a representative of the client and agency on-site at client events
Provide thorough analysis to clients of program/campaign results, backed by metrics
Requirements
B.A. in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or the like
Three (3) to four (4) years’ experience in a public relations agency or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
