Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Payments & Cards domain.
Support client projects in payment strategy, card product development, and operational optimization
Assist in designing and implementing payment solutions (card schemes, payment processing, digital wallets)
Participate in the launch of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), working under senior guidance
Contribute to optimizing card operations, such as authorization, clearing, and settlement
Help identify and assess risks in payment operations, including fraud and compliance
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and regulations to support client recommendations
Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team training sessions
Support the creation of client proposals and marketing materials during business development efforts
Requirements
Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3 - 8 years of experience in treasury management, finance, payments, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry
Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and developing action plans
Excellent communication skills; ability to work well in cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
Fluent in English and French/Dutch.
