About the role

  • IT-Systemadministrator responsible for the administration and optimization of client systems at NORDFROST. Supporting IT projects and process improvements within a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning, operation and further development of endpoint devices such as Windows clients, tablets, handheld scanners, as well as office and label printers
  • Selection of appropriate management systems, installation and optimization of device operations
  • Working within an ITIL environment (incident, problem and change management) and supporting the design and optimization of business-critical processes
  • Supporting IT projects related to the endpoint infrastructure

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration / IT Specialist – System Integration) or an equivalent qualification in the IT field
  • Enjoy working with end-user devices that are used directly by our employees
  • A willingness to continually develop your skills
  • Solid experience in endpoint/device support and the use of relevant management systems
  • Confident working with Windows 10 and 11 and ideally also with Microsoft 365
