IT-Systemadministrator responsible for the administration and optimization of client systems at NORDFROST. Supporting IT projects and process improvements within a family-owned company.
Responsibilities
Provisioning, operation and further development of endpoint devices such as Windows clients, tablets, handheld scanners, as well as office and label printers
Selection of appropriate management systems, installation and optimization of device operations
Working within an ITIL environment (incident, problem and change management) and supporting the design and optimization of business-critical processes
Supporting IT projects related to the endpoint infrastructure
Requirements
Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration / IT Specialist – System Integration) or an equivalent qualification in the IT field
Enjoy working with end-user devices that are used directly by our employees
A willingness to continually develop your skills
Solid experience in endpoint/device support and the use of relevant management systems
Confident working with Windows 10 and 11 and ideally also with Microsoft 365
