Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or certifications related to education or counseling preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in student support services or related roles within secondary/high school settings
  • Strong understanding of the Advanced Placement curriculum requirements and challenges
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
  • Proficient communication skills for working with students, parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Ability to develop programs addressing academic advising, mental health support, college/career readiness
  • Skilled at data analysis for monitoring student progress and service effectiveness.
