Responsibilities
Assist in the management of the end-to-end registration process.
Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, client events, and internal meetings.
Help maintain and manage our registration databases, ensuring all participant information is kept confidential and accurate.
Draft and distribute invitations, confirmation emails, reminders, and other essential communications to registered attendees.
Assist with on-site registration and check-in procedures, including distributing event materials and helping to address attendee questions.
Help with daily administrative tasks, including tracking event history, managing event databases, and assisting with monthly reports.
Support the team in managing event budgets and processing expense reports.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an event support role is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new event registration software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to the needs of different projects and stakeholders.
