Customer Project Manager responsible for managing customer projects and stakeholder relationships. Ensures successful project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage medium to high complexity customer projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality targets
Act as the main customer interface, handling communication, complaints, changes, and relationship management.
Align project execution with Nokia Mode of Operation, Business Groups/ Business Units guidelines, and PM@Nokia methodology.
Lead planning, change control, and execution across cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
Oversee financials, forecasts, profitability, and ensures accurate project data and reporting.
Participate in pre-sales, defines delivery approaches, and manages transitions from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care.
Customize operational processes as needed and ensures contract management is executed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the Telecom Services sector
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory- Portuguese is a plus
PMI PMP certification or an equivalent Project Management certification
Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Project
Customer-centric approach with outstanding communication skills
Solid understanding of how businesses operate
