About the role

  • Manage medium to high complexity customer projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality targets
  • Act as the main customer interface, handling communication, complaints, changes, and relationship management.
  • Align project execution with Nokia Mode of Operation, Business Groups/ Business Units guidelines, and PM@Nokia methodology.
  • Lead planning, change control, and execution across cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
  • Oversee financials, forecasts, profitability, and ensures accurate project data and reporting.
  • Participate in pre-sales, defines delivery approaches, and manages transitions from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care.
  • Customize operational processes as needed and ensures contract management is executed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the Telecom Services sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory- Portuguese is a plus
  • PMI PMP certification or an equivalent Project Management certification
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Project
  • Customer-centric approach with outstanding communication skills
  • Solid understanding of how businesses operate
