About the role

  • Marketing Specialist enhancing product innovation for food company Nita Alimentos. Responsible for market opportunities, go-to-market strategies, and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate brand communication and activation activities, working in partnership with the digital marketing agency and Nita's internal team, in alignment with the department manager.
  • Ensure brand management and integrity, guaranteeing that Nita's positioning and identity are respected and applied consistently across all communication, marketing and trade activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer and consumer behavior, monitor trends and relevant insights that may create opportunities for brand activation and innovation projects.
  • Manage the marketing innovation process, leading the innovation funnel and ensuring projects are executed within established deadlines and in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines and quality standards.
  • Develop business plans for new products, launches or market entry, and structure go-to-market strategies together with the Trade Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches and initiatives in partnership with the Trade Marketing and Commercial teams, track project performance and feed learnings back into the innovation process for improvements.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, suppliers and relevant stakeholders for the development of marketing and innovation initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal areas such as Operations, R&D, Commercial, Finance and HR, contributing to the launch, communication and sustainment of new initiatives, and helping to strengthen the culture of innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong experience in Marketing and Innovation.
  • Experience in innovation management and the innovation funnel.
  • Experience in B2B companies in the food sector.
  • Analytical, strategic and forward-looking profile.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
