About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the stability and proper functioning of Nio's applications.
  • Lead and support the IT operations team.
  • Manage critical processes such as the revenue cycle and sales journey.
  • Propose and implement improvements in support and operations processes.
  • Ensure the integration and performance of order management systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of applications such as Siebel, Salesforce, Arbor, BRM, Raid Collection, Nio App, Portal, PAP, sales bots, COM, OMR, SOM.
  • Deep understanding of critical processes in a telecom operator, including the revenue cycle, customer service, sales journey, and order management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • ITIL or COBIT certification (desirable).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
