Responsibilities
Manage receiving, inventory control, stock accuracy, and merchandise flow to support sales targets and minimize shrink.
Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Manage multiple vendor relationships, delivery schedules, freight coordination, and resolution of shortages, damages, or quality concerns.
Oversee stock processes across retail, restaurant, and duty - free locations, adapting procedures to unique business needs.
Monitor KPIs including inbound throughput, labor utilization, cycle count accuracy, stock levels, and operational productivity.
Oversee reverse logistics, including vendor returns, store returns, and distribution center contingency plans.
Develop, update, and enforce stockroom operational procedures and standards to ensure consistent execution across all shifts.
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate stock team members; administer corrective actions and performance management as required.
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, HACCP, and bonded warehouse requirements, including documentation, inspections, and background check eligibility.
Maintain food safety standards including FIFO rotation, temperature control, expiration monitoring, and sanitation guidelines.
Review system data using SAP, CrunchTime, and other inventory management systems to assess trends and optimize performance.
Coordinate with merchandising and sales teams regarding seasonal transitions, new product launches, planograms, promotions, and replenishment.
Conduct safety and quality audits to ensure stockroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to regulations.
Plan and lead annual physical inventory processes, coordinate with external auditors, and drive reconciliation efforts.
Collaborate with airport management and zone leadership to maintain operational alignment and meet business expectations.
Requirements
Minimum combination of 4+ years in stock operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing stock teams in a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Experience with SAP, CrunchTime, or similar WMS / inventory systems (SAP WMS preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, stockroom operations, logistics, and vendor management.
Knowledge of U.S. Customs, FDA, and HACCP compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
