About the role

  • B2B Marketing Specialist driving marketing strategy for PMEs at NIO. Analyzing data to enhance customer retention and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market and competitive intelligence, mapping trends, SME segment behavior, and opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, developing and executing monetization, loyalty, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze internal and external customer behavior data to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the customer experience.
  • Monitor revenue and churn KPIs to ensure return on investment, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Channels, Product, Customer Support, and Growth teams to ensure consistency of delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset and results orientation.
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to test, learn quickly, and scale initiatives that deliver real impact.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Power BI, BigQuery, or similar).
  • Ability to work with structured data to extract insights and model customer behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data exploration tools is desirable.
  • Understanding of the customer journey, conversion funnel, and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, rates, conversion rate, churn, revenue, ARPU, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing or Business Management is a plus.
