About the role

  • Marketing Manager deploying marketing strategies and coordinating automotive campaigns for FUCHS Lubricants. Managing digital projects and ensuring effective communication across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the marketing strategy through concrete, high-performing actions.
  • Manage automotive campaigns and optimize their performance across all channels.
  • Analyze the results of marketing activities (digital, e-shop, trade shows) and recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Design and produce engaging editorial and visual content (articles, graphics, videos, webinars).
  • Lead digital projects (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing) and manage database targeting via SAP.
  • Develop and run a VIP program.
  • Organize and coordinate the company's participation in trade shows and professional events.
  • Monitor the financial performance of campaigns (budget, costs, margin, ROI) in collaboration with Finance.
  • Ensure brand consistency and corporate communication across all internal and external channels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with marketing and digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, CMS, SAP).
  • Ability to create engaging content (editorial and visual).
  • Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and strong command of performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Good understanding of the financial aspects of campaigns.
