  • Marketing Specialist driving marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support sales growth in automotive aftermarket sector. Creative campaign development and digital marketing execution required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth, and elevate customer engagement across the automotive aftermarket sector
  • Combine creative campaign development, digital and offline marketing execution, event support, customer-facing activities, and coordination of promotional materials
  • Translate market insights into impactful marketing actions while ensuring smooth operational processes across the region
  • Proactivity with regards to new ideas
  • Creativity to develop campaigns and concepts to support sales or brand awareness
  • Online and offline competence

  • Out of the box thinking in order to improve brand awareness in the region
  • Customer and market orientated
  • Support on annual marketing planning and budgeting
  • Support on exhibition and various marketing events
  • Manage various customer support: signage, advertisement, seminars, etc
  • Manage merchandize item ordering from MAHLE Fanshop
  • Manage material development and shipment such as catalogue, brochures, flyers and POS
  • Digital marketing: Social media development / management and other digital activities
  • Support on market research analysis
  • Payment preparation, invoice collections, check & submission

Requirements

  • Good teamwork with interpersonal skills, result-oriented, multi-task and strong follow up
  • Good office skills, such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and content planning
  • Ability to analyze digital performance metrics and translate insights into actions
  • Familiar with Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles
  • Experience with digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), as an advantage
  • Ability to support content creation and coordinate with designers or agencies
  • Understanding of digital campaign planning and measurement
  • Familiarity with simple design tools such as Canva or Adobe, as a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM, email marketing tools, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of online marketing trends and customer behavior
