About the role

  • Project & Partner Manager coordinating with the founding team at NINJAS, driving internal processes and customer relations while managing strategic tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You work directly with our founding team, supporting them and contributing your strengths to internal processes, client relations and projects.
  • You assist the management with projects, appointments, follow-ups and strategic topics.
  • You are the primary point of contact for internal processes, deadlines, coordination and information flow.
  • You communicate with partners and clients — friendly, reliable and solution-oriented.
  • You help prepare proposals, reports and presentations.
  • You coordinate tasks between Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations.
  • You spot where things are stalling and proactively step in to help before anyone asks.

Requirements

  • Experience in an assistant, project or cross-functional/liaison role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — you stay calm when others are under pressure
  • Understanding of business processes and customer needs
  • Ownership, discretion and a good sense of priorities
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and CRM systems
