About the role

  • Enterprise Inside Sales Representative at NinjaOne engaging resellers and partners for channel growth. Collaborating with internal teams to generate pipeline and drive partner-sourced revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise AEs to develop territory GTM strategies, account mapping, and high-intent prospect targeting across named accounts
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to enterprise personas including CIOs, IT Directors, and IT leaders to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Qualify and track inbound and outbound leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline through cold calls, social outreach, and virtual meetings.
  • Support Channel, Distribution, and Reseller-led opportunities by nurturing partner relationships and communicating NinjaOne's channel value proposition.
  • Drive deal registrations and partner-sourced revenue, connecting resellers with internal AEs for joint product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to leverage campaigns and case studies, feeding field insights back to improve messaging and conversion rates.
  • Maintain Salesforce and Salesloft hygiene, nurture dormant accounts, and ensure consistent follow-up across longer sales cycles.
  • Stay current on IT trends and competitor solutions, applying consultative skills to handle objections and consistently meet pipeline and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales or SDR/BDR role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and balance multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM; familiarity with sales engagement platforms like SalesLoft is a plus.
  • A team-first mindset with high integrity, a positive attitude, and a genuine motivation to learn and grow.
  • Competitive self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes ownership of their results.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions to SMB and mid-market audiences.
