About the role

  • Game Producer managing production for multidisciplinary teams at Nimble Giant Entertainment. Supporting game development workflows and ensuring alignment with project goals in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations for one or more development teams, facilitating communication across Design, Art, Engineering, and QA.
  • Plan, track, and manage production schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Maintain and monitor sprint boards, task breakdowns, and resource allocations to ensure commitments are met.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process issues early, proactively proposing solutions and driving follow-up.
  • Work closely with Leads and Directors to support prioritization, scope management, and production forecasting.
  • Ensure deliverables meet project quality expectations and align with the overall vision.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners or outsourcing vendors when required.
  • Keep production documentation up to date and accessible across teams (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Report progress, team health, and production status to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive environment across multidisciplinary groups.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or project management role within the video game industry.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary development workflows (design, art, engineering, QA).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
  • Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, Trello, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow submissions through a full pipeline (from planning to delivery).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid or remote environments.
