About the role
- Financial Controller managing financial reporting and analysis within Nhood's finance department. Position located in Villeneuve d'Ascq, working on international financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidated financial reporting (Actual, Forecast, Budget, Plan) and ensure the reliability of the Group's accounts.
- Coordinate the budgeting processes for your scope and support entities in analyzing their performance.
- Perform quarterly and annual closings (ELO / NIH), prepare IFRS adjustments and analyze key indicators (equity, net debt, covenants…).
- Prepare strategic reports and materials for the Audit Committee and Corporate stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for auditors and contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Improve, structure and document processes (procedures, tools, SharePoint).
- Support and train teams, particularly on consolidation tools (OneStream).
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance, accounting, management control or audit (business school, university, DSCG or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in financial controlling and consolidation
- Comfortable working in multi-entity and transforming environments
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS, closing processes and budgeting cycles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and consolidation tools (HFM, SAP BFC, OneStream)
