Responsibilities
This executive role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in the security industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Oversee business development, manage key client relationships, and provide strategic direction to the sales team while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand market share, identifying the strengths of each region
Lead and mentor high-performing teams through upper management resources, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Monitor sales performance metrics and present regular updates to executive leadership
Oversee needed escalations for project estimates, proposals, and contract negotiations through General Managers and Vice-Presidents
Participate in Accounts Receivable process on an as-needed basis
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of sales or operations experience in the security industry, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to interact with customers, co-workers and other personnel
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with razor-sharp focus on the details
