Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional, or registered nurse)
- Specialist training or professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care — ideal but not required
- Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Calmness, patience, and empathy
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
