Responsibilities
Onboarding new participants: You welcome new members, explain the first steps in our program, and make their onboarding easy.
Creating tailored concepts: You develop individual concepts for our participants and present them during a strategy meeting.
Supporting participants through to shop launch: You help them overcome technical hurdles, set up their shop correctly, and achieve their goals.
Collecting feedback, reviews and success stories: You ensure participants' successes become visible—both internally and externally.
Further developing our programs: You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our programs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (e.g., through your own Shopify projects or working at an agency or e‑commerce company).
Ability to explain technical Shopify questions clearly.
You work in a structured, self-driven manner and think with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You love helping people progress—whether 1:1 or via the community.
Experience with coaching, educational formats, or community management is a plus.
