About the role

  • Personal Assistant managing e-communication and financial planning at Next Generation Insurances. Responsible for organization, data entry, and CRM activities in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, respond to, and archive the email inbox
  • Create quotes/offers
  • Financial planning
  • Enter data into Google Sheets
  • Schedule appointments
  • Monitor activities in the CRM
  • Support with organization, follow-up emails, and reminders for important events

Requirements

  • IHK qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (IHK – German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) OR proof of knowledge in insurance and finance
  • Knowledge of health insurance, personal liability insurance, disability (occupational) insurance, household contents insurance, car/motorcycle insurance, and homeowners/building insurance
  • Willingness to learn
