- Plan and execute nexos.ai participation in B2B industry conferences, webinars, community / networking events, speaking panels, and other events.
- Research and maintain a calendar of industry events and ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Develop event collateral and messaging aligned with brand positioning.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event campaigns across email, social, and landing pages.
- Partner with the sales team to capture leads, track engagement, and optimize follow-ups.
- Track and report event ROI, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Experience working as a B2B Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or in a similar role and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in organizing various types of events, such as conferences, own events, webinars, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- A strong sense of initiative, proactivity, ability to meet deadlines and deliver fast.
- Previous experience working in startups / tech companies / B2B field would be an advantage.
