About the role

  • Field Sales Manager enhancing digital banking services for small and mid-sized customers. Focused on customer acquisition and relationship management with a hybrid work approach.

Responsibilities

  • Professional customer support for small and mid-sized customers
  • Ongoing expansion of the customer base and customer contacts in your region
  • Order processing and preparing quotes
  • Efficient route planning to combine scheduled appointments and new leads

Requirements

  • You enjoy winning new customers with your sales talent
  • You are ambitious and have a hunger for success
  • You are customer-focused at all times
  • You have experience in sales, ideally with prior exposure to a CRM system
  • You present yourself professionally at all times and bring flexibility and a passion for sales
  • You enjoy varied days in the field (outside sales)
  • You are willing to work mainly in your sales territory (approx. 80%) but also travel nationally when needed, and you hold a valid Class B driving license
