About the role

  • Intern assisting with corporate insurance management tasks at Nexa, a zinc production company. Support administrative, operational, and analytical routines in insurance management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for administrative, operational, and analytical routines related to corporate insurance management.
  • Control and update insurance policies.
  • Document management.
  • Support for renewals and quotations.
  • Monitor claims.
  • Interface with internal departments.
  • Reports and performance indicators.
  • General administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Enrolled from the 3rd semester onward: Business Administration, Accounting, or Law.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in learning about risk management and corporate insurance.
  • English: desirable — intermediate level.
  • Spanish: desirable — intermediate level.
