Requirements
- Strong understanding of engagement, inclusion and wellbeing practices that shape and cement culture.
- Designing and delivering engagement programmes and change initiatives, surveys and listening strategies in complex or growing organisations.
- Skilled in data interpretation, turning insight into meaningful action.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing change.
- Comfortable operating autonomously, bringing fresh thinking and external best practice.
- Supporting leaders to connect engagement activity to real business outcomes.
- Prior experience of the application of engagement practices in a professional services or similar environment is desirable
