Responsibilities
- Deploying enterprise software
- Working within a highly skilled team to manage and execute software deployment, software configuration, and operational testing
- Identifying and quickly resolving software and related IT issues within a deployment project
- Optimizing the deployment process, working with the DevOps teams
- Managing and coordinating effective software delivery
- Performing and managing the deployment of interacting complex enterprise software and software dependencies
- Share responsibility with the Project Manager (PM), through close coordination, for scope management (change requests assessment), risk management, and problem management
- Drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement and change management to implement competitiveness improvement initiatives (costs base reduction, lead time reduction, productivity improvement, quality improvement…)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Services)
- Ideal subjects: Computer Science, IT Networking, Software Development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Services – Software Commissioning
- 5 years of experience in software delivery organization, with operation (project delivery) background
- Strong background in integration aspects related to computer systems
- Experience of Kubernetes and microservice architecture
- Industry knowledge in the field of operation and multi sites project organizations
- Process and methodology oriented
- Ability to remotely drive people towards a common goal
- Highly collaborative and able to work across the organization to accomplish common goals
