Responsibilities
You identify and attract talented candidates, proactively reach out to them, and fill our open positions with the right people.
You conduct interviews, guide candidates through the entire selection process, and build long-term relationships, always with the goal of securing the best talent for our team.
You serve as the first point of contact for candidates and provide valuable support to hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process for all stakeholders.
You analyze data, leverage professional networks, and use modern tools to continuously improve our recruiting processes.
Requirements
You are studying Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related degree program and are available for at least two more semesters.
You have initial knowledge of recruiting processes and want to deepen your expertise in talent acquisition.
You communicate confidently and persuasively—both written and verbal—and proactively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
You enjoy working with numbers, analyze recruitment KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for the recruiting strategy.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
