About the role

Requirements
- You are studying Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related degree program and are available for at least two more semesters.
- You have initial knowledge of recruiting processes and want to deepen your expertise in talent acquisition.
- You communicate confidently and persuasively—both written and verbal—and proactively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- You enjoy working with numbers, analyze recruitment KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for the recruiting strategy.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
