About the role

  • Learning Services Program Administrator overseeing operational management of firm’s learning programs. Ensuring smooth learner support, coordination, and execution of educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administration of the Learning Management System, including learner support, enrollment assistance, course access, and troubleshooting
  • Manage learner enrollment, cohort assignment, scheduling, and progression for LMS based programs and other structured learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments to understand learning needs and supports their effective use of the LMS to deliver and manage training programs.
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and updates to learning content to ensure accessibility, and compatibility
  • Lead the administration of structured learning programs, including Centers of Excellence and other adoption or cohort-based initiatives
  • Manage operational workflows across learning programs, including intake requests, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate learner onboarding into programs, including platform enrollment, license coordination where applicable, and access to required learning resources
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on software utilization, program participation, compliance, and learner progress; identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Document learning operations processes and workflows to support continuity and future growth
  • Provides hands-on end user support as needed, including assisting attorneys and staff with technology deployment, adoption, and day-to-day use of learning tools and systems
  • Provides support as needed for the development and maintenance of eLearning courses, microlearning activities, and job aids

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of Learning Management System administration experience
  • 2+ years of experience in learning operations, instructional design, eLearning development, or learner support
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, learner centered support
  • Experience analyzing data and reports to inform operational and learning decisions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
