About the role

  • Strategischer Sales Lead responsible for building and growing the SME segment in the DACH region. Focused on measurable sales objectives and market feedback collection for product optimization.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for building and growing our SME segment in the DACH region — with measurable revenue targets.
  • Your work is direct business: Objective: new customer acquisition in the SME segment
  • Sales focus: standardized AI / automation packages
  • Collect market feedback and help drive product optimization
  • Take on quota responsibility for revenue and new business
  • Systematic new customer acquisition (hunting & closing)
  • Sales presentations, workshops & pilot projects
  • Travel activity: regular customer visits in the DACH region (70%+)
  • Help shape the sales playbook & processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B solution sales (Tech / SaaS / AI preferred)
  • Proven success in quota-driven roles
  • Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
  • German native speaker, English fluent (business level)
  • High willingness to travel & strong self-organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & desire to scale in a growing environment
