About the role
- Professional Practice Team Lead responsible for audit content in AI applications at an audit-tech startup. Leading a team and ensuring quality in financial reporting standards.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the development, quality, and continuous improvement of audit checklists
- Ensure checklists are translated into structured, scalable content for integration into our AI audit application
- Lead and develop a team of Audit Analysts with clear direction and guidance
- Act as the central interface between customers and Product for feedback and product improvements
- Take ownership of customer support with structured communication and solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align audit methodology
Requirements
- Substantial exposure to financial audit
- Hands-on experience with auditing financial statements
- Experience gathered in a methodology or professional practice department of an audit firm is a strong plus
- Experience using or developing AI-driven applications for task automation
- Proven people management experience, ideally in dynamic environments
- Strong project management skills
- Clear and confident communication in English (C1+)
