About the role

  • Associate Manager supporting brand management activation and execution across various marketing disciplines for US Baby products. Collaborating on creative content and compliance initiatives to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of market activation and support leadership in achieving US Baby brand P&L goals
  • Assist in management of agencies including campaign development, creative briefings, activation/event management, etc.
  • Collaborate with manager to deliver national, retail, social, influencer and affiliate media plans
  • Partner with digital marketing, brand and design teams to win in eCommerce
  • Manage content shoot process, budget, timeline and approvals to deliver assets needed to support a new item launch
  • Develop knowledge of brands, key products, past campaigns, and competitive trends to ensure fresh, relevant, on brand creative and content
  • Support team in delivering creative content for the annual brand plans
  • Become a brand champion across the business
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content for key leadership, retail and trade presentations
  • Partner with brand, design/production and compliance team to update all necessary artwork associated with total brand compliance changes
  • Leverage media reporting, DTC metrics and other data sources to understand health of the business and make recommendations to drive business performance enhancements
  • Manage project initiatives being mindful of budget to ensure they positively impact the brand P&L

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree required
  • 2-3 years of marketing (CPG), activation or IMC (agency) experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with creative and analytics tools
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights and analytics of primary and secondary research, POS results, trends reports, and competitor/category performance to develop/validate plans
  • Ability to translate business priorities and brand objectives into inspiring and impactful activations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
