About the role

  • Sourcing Associate Manager responsible for optimizing sourcing strategies in a leading consumer products company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing supplier performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, analyze and optimize sourcing strategy for multiple component categories
  • Manage supplier performance metrics such as contract and price negotiation, working capital efficiency, geographic supply diversification and risk mitigation, and single-supplier dependency reduction
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships that support KPI delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate a winning culture with shared goals
  • Partner with regional sourcing teams to drive project execution and continuous supplier development that aligns with global supplier strategy
  • Ensure compliance throughout supply base for supplier quality and global responsible sourcing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of sourcing experience or demonstrated performance managing comparable scope of responsibility
  • Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI), experience in SAP a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 15%
