About the role

  • Procurement Buyer overseeing Purchase Order fulfillment in a dynamic global environment. Collaborating with multinational clients and managing supply chain processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Purchase Order fulfillment and delivery processes within necessary time constraints with respect to contractual SLAs:
  • Receiving and analyzing purchase request from customers
  • Performing required RFQ and Purchase Order processes
  • Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
  • Managing expediting and delivery processes

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Customer Service environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ownership to take responsibility for results
  • Can-do-attitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
  • Stress-resistant
  • Microsoft Office knowledge(Excel, Outlook,…)
  • Advanced computer skills: ERP system (SAP, Dynamics) (is a plus)
  • Business English is a must (corporate language)
  • French speaking is a plus
