Responsibilities
Master data management: creation, maintenance and cleansing of material master data
Internal and external contact person for specialist departments and business partners
Support in standardizing and automating master data processes and in implementing new functions and interfaces
Support the ERP team with the migration of legacy data from all Sonic group companies in Germany
Prompt handling of requests and direct coordination with procurement management
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, retail clerk) or a comparable qualification, ideally with initial professional experience
Experience with ERP master data maintenance processes (MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.) desirable
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Experience in procurement organization within a laboratory or the diagnostics industry and detailed knowledge of laboratory products/reagents advantageous
Conscientious, structured and resilient working style; team-oriented with a strong service mindset
