About the role

  • Purchaser responsible for procurement processes and coordination in the ceramic tile sector. Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and sales departments in an established company.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all purchasing processes
  • Organize and coordinate incoming goods inspections
  • Responsible for handling all customs matters
  • Monitor and coordinate product orders and deliveries
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials and products
  • Monitor inventory levels and place reorders as needed
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product data and price lists
  • Document and archive all relevant purchasing records
  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in procurement or materials management
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP/inventory management systems
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
