Responsibilities

  • Support customers with account-related inquiries and preventive outreach

Requirements

  • English Fluency: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: Assistance, support, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Word and Excel
