About the role

  • National Sales Director leading Netwealth’s broking sales strategy and engaging with C-suite leaders. Shape go-to-market approach while building partnerships with advisory firms across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Netwealth’s sales strategy in the broking channel
  • Shape go-to-market approach and ongoing strategy
  • Represent Netwealth at senior levels of the market
  • Engage directly with C-suite leaders and spend time in-market with advisers and brokers across Victoria and New South Wales
  • Build advocacy and convert strategic conversations into sustainable partnerships
  • Act as the bridge between market realities and Netwealth’s product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Influence how our broking proposition evolves over time

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience in the broking market, with a strong understanding of broker and adviser pain points
  • A proven network across broking firms and senior industry stakeholders, with the ability to open doors quickly
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience navigating complex deal dynamics and long sales cycles at enterprise level
  • The ability to operate effectively both top-down (C-suite strategy conversations) and bottom-up (in-field engagement and advocacy)
  • Enough platform and technology understanding to credibly articulate how Netwealth fits, while being curious and capable of building deeper product knowledge at pace
  • An appetite to help shape what this channel becomes, contributing to product discovery, proposition refinement, and go-to-market evolution
