Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products at scale (web, mobile, and/or TV)
- Experience in growth or monetization is a significant plus
- Exceptional skill in interaction design, visual design, systems, and prototyping
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Comfortable in a highly complex environment, viewing constraints as creative puzzles
