About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design critical member touch points to drive long-term customer value
  • Collaborate with Ads, Commerce, and Core Product teams to ensure a unified experience
  • Create intuitive experiences to help members utilize their plans
  • Explore seamless onboarding flows and explore moments for upsells
  • Translate complex business constraints into elegant design solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products at scale (web, mobile, and/or TV)
  • Experience in growth or monetization is a significant plus
  • Exceptional skill in interaction design, visual design, systems, and prototyping
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
  • Comfortable in a highly complex environment, viewing constraints as creative puzzles
