About the role

  • Commercial Account Manager at NetApp driving growth across customers in South Ohio and Kentucky. Responsible for new business acquisition and account strategy collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by prospecting and acquiring net-new customers
  • Deepen relationships with current customers and accelerate cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized resellers
  • Prioritize a large account set with precision
  • Apply MEDDICC methodology to uncover customer business drivers
  • Work closely with sales engineers, partner managers, and leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial sales experience
  • Experience selling IT solutions, ideally within infrastructure, data center, or cloud technology
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Ability to understand the customer's technology footprint
  • A results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative approach to drive long-term value
