Responsibilities
As a team member in the "Customer Facing SC" area, you ensure our customers' satisfaction and provide effective communication.
You take responsibility for efficient product supply to our customers worldwide, including complaints handling and related tasks.
You are responsible for preparing and timely communicating the documents and certificates required for export.
You participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain Management and attend both external and internal meetings.
Requirements
You have completed the initial semesters of a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or you are in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's studies.
Ideally, you have already completed an internship or gained other practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Trade.
You have an analytical working style and are proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
You possess very good German and English language skills.
Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders and the ability to work well in a team complete your profile.
