About the role
- Warehouse Manager overseeing all operations, customer interactions, and compliance at Keller Logistics Group based in Allentown, PA. Ensuring efficient management of warehouse activities and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations and regularly communicate with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of warehouse manager experience with WMS and handheld scanner experience.
- Employee development and performance management skills.
- Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

- Keen organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Skilled in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.

- Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience preferred.
- Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in-house training.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by Supervisor.

- Complete/maintain all OSHA requirements and any necessary Accident investigation, along with maintaining a building safety and security plan in compliance with company/client standards.
- Strategic planning of all distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling, and order fulfillment to achieve a high level of accuracy and avoidance of claims.
- Oversee the efficient, cost-effective daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space and equipment, to ensure budget objectives are met.
- Plan and monitor daily labor requirements based on immediate and forecasted sales revenue, working with HR and staffing agencies to maintain proper staffing.
- Create and maintain a well-trained staff through cross-training and mentorship.
- Direct and oversee job assignments to adhere to company policies as well as Federal and State laws.
