Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all warehouse operations and regularly communicate with customers and vendors.

Oversee the efficient, cost-effective daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space and equipment to ensure budget objectives are met.
Plan and monitor daily labor requirements based on immediate and forecasted sales revenue, working with HR and staffing agencies to maintain proper staffing.
Requirements
2-3 years of warehouse manager experience with WMS and handheld scanner experience.
Employee development and performance management skills.
Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Ability to foster a cooperative environment.
Keen organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Skilled in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
5 years of Warehouse Management Experience preferred.
Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in-house training.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by Supervisor.

Strategic planning of all distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling, and order fulfillment to achieve a high level of accuracy and avoidance of claims.
