Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes and systems (all project based)
  • Provide functional leadership, offering guidance and testing, ensuring best practices adoption
  • Design functional solutions, performing in-depth analysis, presenting tailored options
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate functional and technical details into actionable user stories

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, S/4HANA Human Resources, and SuccessFactors
  • Strong expertise in system configuration, implementation, and support
  • Proven abilities designing functional solutions and conduct thorough analyses to present tailored recommendations
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR business processes
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Sound problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and support organizational growth through innovative solutions
