About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager leading end-to-end operational flow at Nespresso for effective demand planning and supplier management. Driving innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • lead end‑to‑end flow from demand planning, internal teams, and managing suppliers
  • set the plan, run the rhythm, and remove obstacles
  • manage supplier performance, balance stock vs. working capital
  • orchestrate warehouse/transport
  • lead continuous improvement to reduce waste and risk
  • drive innovation & sustainability in supply chain solutions
  • ensure seamless availability of products and services
  • develop and manage customer-centric last-mile delivery strategies
  • engage with HQ to align on strategy and priorities
  • deploy KPI dashboards with corrective action plans

Requirements

  • proven track record in Supply Chain as an experienced lead/manager
  • strong background in direct-to-consumer logistics and collaborative business development projects
  • demonstrated success in budget management and financial acumen
  • proven leadership in a large-scale business environment
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • expertise in customer service excellence, cost analysis, and LEAN concepts
  • familiarity with Supply Chain & T&Q tools
