Responsibilities
Implementar estrategias de marca en los puntos de venta asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares.
Supervisar y gestionar inventarios para garantizar disponibilidad y frescura de productos.
Impulsar el sell out mediante trabajo conjunto con ventas.
Planificar y ejecutar actividades comerciales y campañas promocionales.
Realizar revisiones periódicas de producto en el PDV.
Completar reportes de ejecución de categorías y resultados de actividades.
Hacer seguimiento a horarios y actividades del equipo en campo.
Liderar y supervisar al equipo asignado (supervisores, gestores y/o mercaderistas).
Asegurar cumplimiento de sistemas de calidad, SHE y lineamientos OMS/Nestlé sobre la comercialización de sucedáneos de la leche materna.
Colaborar regularmente con Finanzas, Logística, Ventas, Marketing y socios externos como clientes y proveedores.
Requirements
2–3 años en trade marketing, comercial o áreas afines.
Licenciatura completa (ideal con posgrado) en Administración, Mercadeo, Ingeniería o carreras similares.
Experiencia en manejo de personal (Liderazgo, comunicación y orientación a resultados)
Excel avanzado (indispensable) y manejo de PowerBI (deseable).
Inglés intermedio.
Conocimiento del mercado de consumo masivo.
