Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support AFT business objectives.
- Manage procurement activities, ensuring reliable supply, and strong supplier/contract manufacturing relationships.
- Monitor and control inventory levels using forecasted supply/demand to prevent shortages and minimize excess.
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost performance, and service levels.
- Partner closely with production, finance, quality, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in films/laminates or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in SAP, OMP, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Professional supply chain certification (APICS - CSCP/CPIM).
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and data integrity.
