Requirements
1–2 years of experience in customer engagement services (mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate as a team player
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated strong work ethic and respectful conduct
