About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers across voice, email, and chat channels for both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Greet customers and accurately identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Advise customers and prospective clients on our range of products and services to support informed decisions.
  • Promote customer interest by presenting our full product offering and its benefits.
  • Prioritize first-contact resolution to improve the customer experience and streamline service delivery.

  • Manage complaints effectively by handling issues with empathy and efficiency, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer engagement services (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate as a team player
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and respectful conduct
