About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience in customer engagement services (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach
  • Strong organizational and results-oriented skills to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrable work ethic and respectful behavior
