Responsibilities
Recording, processing and tracking customer orders, including delivery date monitoring and invoicing
Supporting Business Developers and sales colleagues in daily operations
Preparing quotes, order confirmations and purchase orders
Organizing and handling project and order logistics
Supporting the maintenance of customer correspondence and structured filing in Salesforce (SFDC)
Independently handling tasks and automating daily operations to increase efficiency
Close collaboration with international colleagues, in particular Business Developers and the team in Parthenay
Analyzing, evaluating and optimizing existing processes with a focus on automation
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
Basic technical knowledge as well as product and process understanding in the field of automation
Basic knowledge of project management
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Polish or other European languages is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce and SAP is beneficial
Team player with a high degree of independence, and a structured, systematic way of working
High level of accuracy, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset
Motivation to continuously develop one’s own skills and qualifications
