Responsibilities
Define and contribute to the Brand vision, objectives, and strategies aligned with business direction and category plans.
Develop deep insights into consumer and buyer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive brand growth.
Implement and adapt Brand Plans, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and proposing improvements when needed.
Support the Field team in organizing and executing brand-related activities and campaigns.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and growth opportunities.
Manage and control budgets for assigned projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Oversee consumer advertising initiatives (media, packaging, PR) and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Track and evaluate promotional campaigns and market surveys, applying insights to future brand development plans.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, factories, and external agencies to deliver impactful brand initiatives.
Monitor pricing trends for own products and competitors, recommending actions to maintain competitiveness and achieve brand objectives.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
University degree in relevant field
Advanced communicator with good presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
Advanced user of MS Office package
