About the role
- Communications trainee supporting Neste’s global Communications team at Espoo headquarters. Assisting in media work, organizing events, and maintaining communication materials.
Responsibilities
- participate in Neste’s media work together with the team
- update Neste’s presentations and website
- assist in compiling communications performance metrics
- coordinate and help organize internal events and communications (e.g., town halls, company newsletters)
- write and publish articles in the intranet
- maintain the external and internal communications calendar
- proofread and edit communications materials (press releases, internal announcements, presentations) for consistency and clarity
- assist in different communications projects
Requirements
- university studies, ideally with a recent M.Sc. or close to finalizing studies, in communications, marketing, business or other applicable field
- relevant work experience
- attention to detail and taking initiative
- ability to work effectively in a global organization and multicultural environment
- desire to collaborate with external stakeholders, including media
- a can do attitude together with excellent cooperation skills
- excellent writing skills, fluency in both Finnish and English.
